3. Victor Oladipo

I don’t think there is a Miami Heat fan who doesn’t have a soft spot for Victor Oladipo.

Oladipo's tenure in Miami had lots of ups and downs. His knees haven’t been kind to him over his NBA career, let alone his time in Miami. Oladipo has had three major surgeries over four years.

Miami does miss certain aspects of Oladipo’s game, such as his rim pressure, perimeter defense and ability to get steals. But Miami has found guys who can replace that skill set. Delon Wright is responsible for perimeter defense, and Terry Rozier is responsible for rim pressure.

As much as the Heat wanted it work with Oladipo, the injuries were too much to overcome. Hopefully he can bounce back and get another chance in the NBA.
