In a strange turn of events, FOX’s Sun Sports has announced that it will debut a new episode of “Inside the Heat,” recapping all that was the Miami Heat’s 2014-2015 season. Most of Heat Nation would probably want to forget about this past year and focus instead on the hopefully positive things to come, but in case you are in the minority, this one is for you.
This episode is set to premiere on Friday, May 8 at 6 p.m., and will cover everything from the return of Miami veterans like Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem, to the introduction of Luol Deng, the rise of Hassan Whiteside, Chris Bosh’s blood clot diagnosis, the Heat’s acquisition of Goran Dragic and more.
Along the way there will be interviews with the athletes and coaching staff, and will feature Miami beat writers Ethan Skolnick of Bleacher Report and Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel. Heat broadcasters and radio hosts will also make appearances.

However for the rest of you, there is plenty to have your eye on moving forward.
Earlier, Dragic told the Palm Beach Post:
"“As long as I’m in a happy environment and a healthy organization, that’s the most important thing. The next three, four, five years — I want to spend it on this kind of team, like the Miami Heat. They have great players, great coaching staff and great training staff.”"
He apparently also added that he and the organization were on the same page financially, a good sign that Dragic will indeed resign with Miami.

Although Wade may already be sticking around for sure, he too has agreed to a new sort of contract; a week ago, the guard committed to the 30 day transformation challenge. Luther Freeman, a celebrity trainer who is known as “Mr. 30 Day Transformation,” will be working with Wade for the next month in order to strengthen the superstar’s body.
Wade’s wife Gabrielle Union has also taken the challenge, which is sure to make things a little easier for Team Wade.
Mo Williams of the Charlotte Hornets has also just announced his participation in the 30 day transformation, and has enlisted his wife Kesha to join in on the fun.
The Heat also have a stake in this year’s NBA Draft, with a 91 percent chance of picking tenth or higher. Because of this, the team has just announced that they will send former legendary player Alonzo Mourning (who is also the current Vice President of Player Programs) and General Manager Andy Elisburgand, on behalf of the organization.
Whether you recap the past or look ahead, Miami certainly knows how to stay active, despite missing out on this year’s playoffs. And with a top-notch organization with a great cast of athletes, who could expect anything less?
