The Miami Heat could be picking anywhere between 1-16, and that means the team is busy scouting NBA draft prospects this season.

The Miami Heat may be just three games out of a playoff spot in the East, but they are also three games out of a top-four pick in the NBA draft. That means the Heat could be picking anywhere from the top to the middle of the draft, which means that the scouting department has a lot of work to do.

Wes Goldberg (@wcgoldberg) and David Ramil (@dramil13) are joined by NBA Draft expert Sam Vecenie (@Sam_Vecenie) of Sporting News to talk about some of the best prospects that the Heat should target.
