Miami Heat: Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union shine at the 2019 ESPYs
ESPN’s annual ESPY awards were held on Wednesday night. Among the many in attendance were Miami Heat Legend, Dwyane Wade, and his wife Gabrielle Union.
The stars were out at the ESPYs on Wednesday night. These ranged from NFL football players like Vonn Miller and Patrick Mahomes to NBA greats like Kobe Bryant and Bill Russell. Although they all glow in their own rights, none of them shined any more than Miami Heat Legend, Dwyane Wade.
Dressed to the nine’s in what appeared to be a cream-colored getup, he also adorned the two-piece ensemble with what appears to be a thick cummerbund-scarp type cloth that he stylishly played. It swooped from the inside of his jacket on his left shoulder to his right side around his back, which he topped off with a pair of semi-transparent orange tinted aviator frames.
His beautiful wife was also in attendance while making sure that Dwyane Wade wouldn’t hog all the camera flashes on the red carpet. Gabrielle Union dawned a multicolored floral piece, featuring cerulean and purple hues, that sat perfectly on the shoulders.
On top of being a premier athlete among the many in attendance, Wade and his wife actually had another good reason for being at the ceremony. Along with Lindsey Vonn and Rob Gronkowski, D-Wade was there to accept an honor for Best Moment for the player introduction by his son Zaire Wade.
They were all allowed to speak for a few moments after receiving the award. Gronk did what he does, while also thanking everyone in the room. Lindsey Vonn shared her story and her struggles with the crowd, before Dwyane used his time to take a cue from legendary quarterback Drew Brees.

When Bree’s accepted his award for Best Record-Breaking Performance he acknowledged his children and specifically his wife. Dwyane Wade was sure to thank Bree’s for the notion, as he let us know that his wife looked at him immediately during that moment to let him know that he better do the same.

Overall, the show was well put together. The players and award winners were amazing, Tracy Morgan did well, and our Miami Heat Legend was as sharp as a tack. Let’s just say it was a pretty good show, but now, if we can only find a way to get Flash back for another season.
