The Miami Heat are preparing to play the second game of a five-game West Coast road trip. Friday night sees them travel to Sacramento to face the Kings.

The Miami Heat are a considerably different team when comparing to the last time that they faced the Sacramento Kings. When they welcomed this Sacramento team into their building a few Sunday’s back, not only were they not at their healthiest, but they were built a lot different roster wise as well.

With the trade deadline additions of Solomon Hill, Andre Iguodala, and Jae Crowder, the Miami Heat could boast one of the most daunting defensive lineups in the league once the kinks are worked out. Putting them in a lineup alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo would be a defensive terror, giving offensive players massive fits along the way.

Speaking of the latest acquisitions though, when will they play? Whether they suit up over the next few days, as the Heat have quite a few games over the next week, will be something to monitor.

While we don’t know when or if they will suit up, we do not that we will be without a few guys on Friday night. Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, and Meyers Leonard will all be out.

Herro and Leonard were apart of a group announced as “on the mend” prior to the start of the road trip, while Butler injured his shoulder in Wednesday night’s game, although it is reportedly nothing of major concern. Here is everything else you need to know about the game.
