The Miami Heat were able to finish their second-round series on Tuesday, but some are already in the offseason. Bleacher Report is deep in the trade machine abyss.

The Miami Heat are headed to the Eastern Conference Finals after going 8-1 through their first nine games of the 2020 NBA playoffs. I know we all are Math whiz’s here, but in the history books that’ll reflect the dominance with which the Heat have attacked the playoffs thus far.

Knocking the Indiana Pacers off in four consecutive games, they almost did the same thing to this Milwaukee Bucks team. The team with the best record in the entire league during the regular year, it was no surprise to see them pull one out of their hats but also to that point, it makes what the Heat did just that much more impressive.

Nevermind those games or series’ right now, as that is technically history. While the Miami Heat’s immediate future on the court hasn’t been determined, as far as who they’ll face with the Celtics and the Raptors still doing battle, there are those out frolicking around the rumor mills creating their own future for the Miami Heat.

Though most of these crystal balls seem to be powered by an NBA trade machine of some sort, they could be the futures of any of the given teams. With “could be” being the operative words here, let’s keep our focus there.
