The Miami Heat are a team that believes in a few things more than any other. They believe in hard work, teamwork, ball movement, man movement, selling out for each other, and having the gumption.

According to the man himself, Pat Riley, it’s about having “the guts”. Though in a different tone and context when he initially uttered the now-famous phrase, it essentially all means the same thing when in the same paradigm as the Miami Heat.

It’s about doing all those little things that they stand for… even in your most sacred moments and when no one is watching, because that’s the only way it becomes the habits you need to keep when people are watching or… when the lights are at their brightest. It’s about living, doing, and believing in the Miami Heat Culture.
