Miami Heat players who could make the All-Star game: Bam Adebayo

Bam Adebayo is one of the best centers in the entire league. Despite this, he did not end up making the All-Star game last year.

He made his first All-Star game in the 2020 season, but Miami’s slow start was likely the reason voters snubbed him last year. Expect that to change this season.

With all the new pieces on the roster, Adebayo is primed to have the best season of his career. He has two of the best passers in the NBA on his team, Jimmy Butler and Kyle Lowry, who will be able to get him more open looks than ever.

On top of that, Butler and Lowry have never been the type to focus on their own scoring. If Adebayo is able to step up and improve his offensive arsenal, he could legitimately average over 20 points per game and lead the team in scoring.

His offensive game is bound to improve, but defense is where he hangs his hat. His ability to anchor Miami’s defense should garner him plenty of All-Star votes as well.

The young center is already a star, and he still has a ton of room to grow. If all goes according to plan, he should definitely be an All-Star this season.
