The Miami Heat were all but counted out coming into Game 6 of their Eastern Conference Finals showdown with the Boston Celtics. Losing Games 4 and 5 in depressing fashion, with their offense failing them in both, the Heat didn’t seem to have anything going for them heading into this one.

The Boston Celtics had all the momentum. Again, the Miami Heat couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn in the previous two games, from both range and the field in general.

The Celtics were the team with a 3-2 lead and looking to close the series out. The game would be played in the hostile environment that is TD Garden, the Boston Celtics’ arena.

The whistle hadn’t necessarily been a kind one to Miami all series long either. And if all of that wasn’t enough, the Miami Heat were seeming to be a team that were so decimated by injury that it would be extremely hard to get it done.
