Miami Heat: Perhaps LeBron Would Have More Titles, But Perhaps At The Cost Of Legacy

For the next few seasons, injuries would probably catch up to the team. Anthony Davis has dealt with several injuries during his career.

Without a fully healthy Davis, the Heat would not be able to win a championship the next two seasons. That brings us to where the Miami Heat currently are.

So, to recap, the Miami Heat would win a total of four titles with LeBron, bringing their franchise total to four. LeBron James would still have his legendary eight straight Finals appearances.

However, he would not have accomplished the historic comeback from being down, 3-1, against Golden State, which was arguably the greatest achievement of his career. However, his resume would still be very impressive and keeps him in the discussion for G.O.A.T status.

This would definitely have benefited the Miami Heat. If LeBron stayed in Miami, he would almost certainly have helped them win more titles.

However, it was the best decision for LeBron’s career to leave Miami. He returned to his home state and helped deliver a championship.

As a Heat fan, it may have hurt to see LeBron leave, but you have to respect it.
