The Miami Heat are facing a little bit of a “between a rock and a hard place” kind of moment going into this season. They know they need to get more high-end talent, yet they are still perennially too good, driving down their tradable draft assets.

Any future first-round picks are almost assuredly not going to be in the lottery. So, what do you do if you are the decision-makers for the Heat?

The team needs to find improvements within. They need to find efficiencies in places others don’t, and that’s good news.

Duncan Robinson, Omer Yurtseven, Max Strus, and a few other guys were undrafted rare finds that provided contributing minutes. And you also have one more, specifically, in Gabe Vincent.

Vincent is an undrafted success story with a very solid game but has the potential to bring even more to this team.
