The Miami Heat offense is clicking. In sports, what the Miami Heat are doing right now it’s called “peaking at the right time”.

And to paint it clearly, picture this. Overall for the season, the Miami Heat are ranked dead last when it comes to points per game, where they rank near the second third of the league in the last 15 games at 22 but if you look at their last 7 games—the Miami Heat rank 10th at points per game.

Being led by Jimmy Butler, as he is rounding into form, something that usually happens after the All-Star break for one of the best players in the NBA, he’s starting to again turn into that top-five player that he usually becomes in and near the playoffs.

And when you consider Bam Adebayo‘s newfound offensive assertiveness that has existed throughout much of this year, save for a few stretches of just decent play, that gives you just that much more hope that the Miami Heat’s offense is one that can sustain this level of play up until and throughout the playoffs, especially if they continue to get some of the shooting that they’ve gotten of recent.
