The Miami Heat are on Kyrie Irving’s list of preferred destinations, but do they have what the Cleveland Cavaliers are looking for in a trade? The Cavaliers, according to reports, are looking for a win-now veteran, a blue chip young player and draft picks.
We know the Heat don’t have draft picks, but they do have a veteran (Goran Dragic) and some nice young players (Justise Winslow, Josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson). Can that be enough to pry Irving from the Eastern Conference champions?
It really depends on how Cleveland views a player like Winslow, who is coming off an injury and has concerns about his shooting. And what if the Heat were to include someone like Hassan Whiteside? How much is too much to give up for Irving?
