The Miami Heat are coming off a much-needed win on Monday night against the electric Utah Jazz squad that can score you out of the building if you let them. Able to get crucial stops and big buckets when they needed them the most, the Miami Heat would be able to secure the victory off timely three-point shots and timely hands in on the defensive side of the ball.
One of the steadying presences and culprits when it came to some of those big Miami Heat three-point shots, among the other things that he did for his team, on Monday night was none other than their newest bench player, Kyle Lowry.
Returning from a 15-game absence in their previous contest, a defeat to their in-state rivals in the Orlando Magic, Lowry would make his first appearance off the bench in a very long time.
The Miami Heat got Kyle Lowry back recently and he has proceeded to make an impact off the bench. But, that makes you wonder if he’ll continue to play there.
And accordingly, in thinking about a player of his caliber, he proceeded to make an impact from wherever
Making big shots for himself, other offensive plays for the rest of his Miami Heat teammates, and timely defensive plays that heavily impact the game, look for him to continue to do the same things he’s done in these last two showings as he continues to reacclimate himself to this team.
While Kyle Lowry is certainly making an extreme impact in this role off the bench for the Heat, it’s not crazy to wonder if he may eventually return to the starting role. But admittedly, that’s a huge part of the confusion in all of this.
Is Lowry excelling because of his role off the bench or did his time off do him some good? Who knows but as long as he’s playing well, that’s all you can ask for.
Well, that, and because you know that Coach Spo with always eventually make what he believes is the best decisions for this team’s chances to win.
